Head Start

 

Head Start is a child-focused program designed to increase the school readiness of children ages three through five years old. This program delivers a range of services, responsive and appropriate to each child’s and each family’s heritage and experience, that encompass all aspects of a child’s development and learning.

 

*Program is funded by the Administration for Children and Families- U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

 

Michigan School Readiness Program

 

MSRP is a school readiness program for children age four years old.  Programs are operated by NEMCSA in combination with Head Start classrooms.

 

*Program is funded by the Michigan Department of Education.
