NEMCSA will soon be receiving a grant that will expand its Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) into many counties in northeast Michigan. "We are grateful...for this opportunity and are very excited to promote and expand volunteerism throughout Northeast Michigan," stated RSVP Project Director, Amy Fuller.
RSVP was created in 1971 to allow individuals aged 55 and better the opportunity to volunteer and give back to the community. In 2016 more than 208,000 Senior Corps RSVP volunteers served in communities across the country. For more information about the RSVP program, please contact RSVP Project Director Amy Fuller at 989-348-8709 ext. 5126 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
