"We celebrate diversity in all it’s many forms. We are a nation stronger because of it, not in spite of it. However, there are still many battling oppression in our communities, neighborhoods, and families.
We at NEMCSA know it is time to be better; to do better. I encourage all staff and leadership to push yourself out of your own comfort zone and try to see the world through someone else’s eyes. Take time to educate yourselves on other’s perspectives and reality. Just like our everyday work – commit to being the difference…now."
