What Is Homeless Prevention Services?

Assistance for those that are experiencing homeless or at risk of homelessness to secure and retain housing. Including financial assistance (Security Deposit, Rent, or Back Rent) as needed based on eligibility.

Eligibility

  1. You reside in one of our service counties (see above)
  2. Your housing situation is one of:
    1. You are living on the streets, in your car, or in a shelter;
    2. You are a renter with an eviction notice;
    3. You are staying with friends or family on a temporary
  3. You meet the program income requirements (NOTE: Income guidelines may not apply if you
    are living on the streets, in your car, or in a shelter.)
