Enhancing the quality of life by empowering and supporting individuals to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency offers family self sufficiency program for individuals and families receiving the Housing Choice Voucher through MSHDA.

Water Affordability Program

Need assistance with your water or sewer bill? NEMCSA might be able to help!  The Water Program is a program that provides funding to eligible, low-income households to assist with paying water and sewer bills.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) permanently reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of homes while ensuring residents’ health and safety.
