AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteer Programs

 

 

 


Our three AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer programs provide service opportunities for seniors age 55 and better by connecting with the people and organizations that need you most.

Senior Companions Volunteer Program
  • Must be age 55 or better
  • Serve an average of 20 hours per week                              
  • Meet income eligibility requirements
  • Receive an hourly non-taxable stipend of $3.15 per hour
  • Mileage reimbursement to & from service

Foster Grandparents Volunteer Program
  • Must be age 55 or better
  • Serve an average of 20 hours per week
  • Meet income eligibility requirements
  • Receive an hourly non-taxable stipend of $3.15 per hour

Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
  • Must be age 55 or better
  • No minimum hours of service
  • No income eligibility criteria
