Early Head Start is in Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Bay, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, and Presque Isle counties. Now offering an infant toddler classroom in Tawas.

Free education for pregnant families and children from birth to three years old. This includes health, diet, and family support. Early Head Start teaches families to build daily routines. It also helps with language and reading. Home Visitors teach positive child guidance.

Early Head Start provides the basis for school readiness. We offer weekly home visits and playgroups each month.
