Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency, Inc. (NEMCSA) will accept public comments as required by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services CSBG State Plan for FY’26. Public Comments will be accepted on the NEMCSA CSBG FY’26 proposed plan from June 04 to June 19,2025. The plan summary is as follows: A total of $551,327 is planned to be utilized in the service area of Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle counties for the general purpose of assisting low income households and the elderly with an array of services to stabilize household situations and lead to self-sufficiency.
