What is NEMCAH?

NEMCAH is a Local Planning Body and member of the Michigan Balance of State CoC. The purpose of NEMCAH is to ensure that individuals and families have access to safe, decent, affordable housing and support services designed to help them become intergrated socially and economically into their communities.

What does NEMCAH do?

The group is made up of individuals and agencies from the 11 county area that work collaboratively to end homelessness by addressing housing issues through a community-based process that develops a comprehensive, coordinated continuum of care to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

How do I become a member?

In order to become a member of NEMCAH, please send an email to the NEMCAH Secretary and she'll get you added to the mailing list.
