These funds were provided under the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program. This program will help qualified households with past rent, potential future rent payments, and utility assistance. The funds are currently awaiting approval by the Michigan Legislature, and once it is approved assistance will be available. The funds will only be available for a short time and the program ends on December 31, 2021. For more information click here to go directly to the MSHDA CERA page to find out more information about eligibility.
