We are bringing you an inspiring impact story from one of our recent BOSS program graduates, Amanda!
When this family entered the BOSS Program, they were facing transportation challenges, unstable schedules, and financial stress. But they never gave up, they showed up, stayed honest about their struggles, and were willing to put in the work.
With one-on-one mentoring, financial literacy training, emotional resiliency certification, and targeted support for car repairs and childcare, everything began to shift.
Today, this family:
Secured a job with benefits
Improved their credit
Purchased a home
Maintains reliable transportation
Has children thriving in school
When asked what made the biggest difference, the answer was simple:
“Having somebody believe in us.”
