NEMCSA to Host Landlord & Community Partner Information Session in Alpena County
Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency (NEMCSA) will host a Landlord & Community Partner Information Session on June 18, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at 2569 US-23 South, Alpena, Michigan.
This session is designed to bring together landlords and community partners to explore strategies that support housing stability and prevent homelessness across Alpena County and surrounding communities.
Attendees will learn about key benefits available to landlords who partner with NEMCSA, including:
Fast leasing supports
Financial protections
Reduced tenant turnover
The session will also highlight how collaboration can help prevent homelessness through:
Shelter diversion strategies
Eviction protection resources
Tenant stability tools
Participation is limited, and early registration is encouraged. Only 40 seats are available, and all RSVPs must be submitted by June 2, 2026.
