Weatherization Services
Northeast Michigan Community Service Agency, Inc. (NEMCSA) is seeking Residential contractors, Mechanical contractors, and Quality Control (QC) Inspectors/Energy Auditors to provide weatherization services in our eleven-county area. This program is funded by State and Federal funds.
